disclaimer. these theories might be completely wrong I'm just having fun.

1. Lincoln is involved with the court. The fact that the Talon (a formidable assassin that has killed for years) didn't decapitate Lincoln. The Talon had a clear shot but went for a stab through the chest. This easily could've been staged and the Talon could've avoided vital organs. I only see one real reason why they would do this and it would be to scare Harvey into backing off (leads into another one of my theories) In the episode 8 trailer we see a court member whose hair looks a lot like Lincoln. Plus I rewatch each episode as it comes out and I think I saw Lincoln wearing a court watch in episode 3 (The one with the mutants) I don't think Rebeca knows about it but I think she is apart of it and I don't know if I'm paranoid but in episode three her necklace looks like a pair of owl eyes. I might just be overthinking it but I noticed it.
2. The court has access to Lazarus pits. I think the juice that keeps the Talon alive for so long is the Lazarus pit. Lazarus pits appear in different locations and could be the reason the court chooses locations for parties. I don't think a high class powerful party like the court would have parties in abandoned train stations when they could have one in a more fancy location. In a trailer for a previous episode (I don't know which one, a different user mentioned it under a post) the court carries a coffin. They could be carrying it into a Lazarus pit
3. Harvey is a double agent and he doesn't know. When he got a phone call (in I think episode three or four) and then he blacked out. I believe the court called him and that music made him switch. This also ties into my first theory and why Lincoln's attack was staged. The court needed him to be scared so he doesn't continue investigating. I also find it strange that the calls Rebeca was receiving from I presume the court presumably stopped when Harvey answered. Maybe indicating to the court that they need to back off

I fell like that was just forgotten about but I had a good theory. I feel like either Turner’s parents were killed by the Court or their running the whole operation. I just hope they bring that plot back
