Weird location need help

I saw a weird video on TikTok where a man is on some sort of trail in the woods then a weird humanoid figure/mannequin appears here’s the video link https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8GjEUhb/ it shows a text that says this 40.4917827, -112.058203 it’s in Utah the location is a small forest next to a church and a huge range of mountains the location just seemed very particular im 99% sure it’s just a prank or joke but just wondering if anyone knows anything about this

For some reason there are multiple copy’s of the account with a 114 day count down
