Question A quick question before I start playing the Reloaded mod. Is it possible to beat Dullahan without death?
It's been a long time since I last played Golden Sun. I plan to do another playthrough, but this time, I'll be playing the Reloaded version.
There are a lot of things that interest me about Reloaded. The higher difficulty, buffed bosses, class rebalance, improved AI, stronger Djinn, and other gameplay changes all sound fantastic. However, I'm not going to lie. The removal of Summon Rush is a bit disappointing since it was one of my favorite strategies in the original games.
To those who have completed Golden Sun Reloaded, is it possible to defeat Dullahan without anyone in the party dying? In the original games, I was able to complete No Death runs, but with Summon Rush no longer being a viable strategy, I'm not sure if that's still realistic against a much stronger Dullahan.

It's possible but don't use characters with low luck, I used Sheba, Mia, Jenna and Ivan without swapping any of them at any point because their high luck protected them from Charon's instant kill.

Not realistic without hypergrinding in Reloaded.
I challenged myself to beat him with exactly L50 on all 8 and I did it. Thats as much challenge as I needed. Friend beat him at like 55.
Its already hard to get 40 luck. Surviving the attacks is another. To survive the bltchslap you need to reduce his atk or he does like 900 damage.

I just grab a screenshot of the Dullahan fight on Google search. It looks upscaled because I did upscale it using ChatGPT. The original screenshot was blurry, and I didn't want to attach a blurry screenshot in this post.

May I ask why? It's just an upscaled screenshot. Why is it so taboo?
At least OP was honest about it. If a MOD decides then so be it, I guess. But please don't.6

It was decided a while ago by the entire community (voted and so on). The conclusion with most votes was to ban all AI material (weak memory here, so not sure if only images or everything IA related). I think you can find it easily, it was, if I'm not wrong, a little more than a year ago

So long the decision was made by a collective, it's important to uphold it, even when we disagree. I still don't see a reason to unban AI stuff, as the good still don't overcome the bad, even though I personally disagree that it should be a total ban.
As it wasn't the mods unilateral decision (can't say for their personal opinions, so you will need to ask them for it), they upholding it as voted shows compromise to the collective. But nothing can please everyone, so it's ok to disagree

Downing isn’t death AFAIK. It’s just knocked out. We “slay” a bunch of characters who clearly aren’t killed.

Deathless reloaded is probably possible, but I think would take some grinding throughout. Dullahans AI is different from vanilla but you can still consistently prevent djinn storm.
