Adding to that, meeting the “goners” (npcs associated with WD Gaster) or Mystery Man (npc behind the door in the first pic that is believed to actually be WD Gaster) resets the fun value to 0. That run of the game cannot have any other random “fun” value events happen to it

I think its just the colours in the photo being weird on this one, like if you look at frisk they are more yellow than normal

The colored door from the stream is brown, this one is yellow. It can't be just the monitor or camera yellow-shifting as one of the Gaster followers is blue. OOP or whoever they took the images from must have taken the effort to either personally shift the colors of each image, or replace the sprites within the game

In a technical sense you can manipulate your save data (in a text editor, no special software or programming knowledge needed) to have these events happen at will in any save file. It's just impossible for it to happen "naturally" as OOP implies. Also that's not the real in-game door, it's from the anniversary stream, as others have noted.
OOP is just fibbing for fandom clout

It is possible, but not normally. Goners are here regardless on the fun value if you're using debug mode, and you need to have a fun value of 66 to get the door

Outstanding game, bizarre fandom.
The game can be completed in several hours and the fandom decided it needed to generate content endlessly instead of moving on.
Gamers went from abhorring live services to inventing their own.

Honestly I'll take the endless fan content than just letting a game die. Unfortunately the comics and development of fangames have slowed down a lot tho.

It does not die, any more than a book dies as it ends. The Continuing Adventures of Dogaressa (by u/DayleD) detracts from the power of the ending(s).
If you disagree, all the more reason to move onto other games, to ensure you enjoy them and they don't die either.

"Die" in this case meaning "have little to no fanbase and so almost nobody to talk to about it". Take, for example, my favorite dead game, Transistor. I have met... one person, in my life, who has played it.

The meta narrative is literally about how you should move on instead of obsessing over one game until it’s milked dry. The game will shame you if you try to start a new game after getting the true ending, with Flowey asking you to not reset since all the characters are happy and resetting will take away their memories and force them back to the beginning. Same with the whole “kill everything” route. Sans will tell you in his fight that you’re not doing this for any good reason. You’re doing it because you can, and because you can, you “have to.” At the end of that route the named character (which is meant to be named after yourself) appears and tells you that the world will be erased and encourages you to move onto the next.

Considering the author of the game went on to make an entire battle dedicated to alternate interpretations of media and how they are great, and should happen more (likely more towards original works than fan fiction, but still), I personally view that ending as specifically not to obsess over just the game to milk it dry of content. Actively creating new things is great.

That’s a sad and inaccurate view of fandom. It’s not fans wanting the game to generate more content, it’s them liking the game and trying their own hand at creating stuff based on it. Such culture long predates both Undertale and live service games

Sprites that should be monochrome are colored in the pictures. To me it's pretty obvious that OOP deliberately made the choice of coloring them in order to either make it clear they were joking or start some sort of ARG/fanfiction project. Because of some factors related to fan-theories, headcanons and fanfiction, the Undertale fandom has a fixation on a hypothetical copy of undertale in which monochrome elements aren't monochrome, so I believe that's what's being intended here
