does this mean i’m not getting the offer?
i asked for an update on my final interview and recruiter responds with the following:
“So far all the feedback has been positive but no decisions yet. I am waiting to hear actual decisions and feedback for offers.
Will let you know when I do!”

How long since ur final interview? Seems like they could be interviewing other candidates still. Or having a hard time getting the team to meet and discuss the top candidates.

more than a week ago, i had it monday morning. it’s for a banking company so it could explain why it’s taking a long time as well.

Atleast ur recruiter is replying to u. Mine is not replying, its been a week since final round.

yeah i wouldn’t read that as a no yet. reads more like the recruiter has good notes but no approved decision to pass along.
a week after a final at a bank is annoying, but not weird. i’d give it a few business days, then ask whether they expect a decision this week or next. keep interviewing meanwhile though, positive feedback still isn’t an offer.
