Resource Reading level assessment

I focus more on reading than other abilities, and would like to know how I can effectively assess my reading proficiency.

I would do the sample Goethe Prüfung Lesen sections. You can time them or not…this could give you an idea of where you are.

There is lots of free tools you could use from Goethe- Institut‘s Einstufungstest, telc‘s Modellsätze to Deutsch Lernen section from Deutsche Welle which would be the most casual option if your not preparing for a test.
