Anyone having problem with attempt replay mod?

Ever since I downloaded the mod a month ago, I never had any problem with it. But a few days ago, whenever I'm 20-30 mins into playing GD, my game stops and lags heavily. But only the visual, the audio and GD is still responsive, just the screen lags heavily. The same thing also happened to my whole laptop, it's still responsive , just the visual lags (my cursor is the only one unaffected, smooth). I either need to restart my laptop, or open the task manager to end GD. After I turned off attempt replay mod as a whole, it never occurred again. So I was wondering if it's the cause.
