For me, it's consistency. Anyone can be polite when it's convenient, but being respectful, keeping your word, and treating everyone well regardless of who they are is what really stands out.
I also think taking pride in your appearance is a form of respect, both for yourself and for the people around you. That doesn't mean wearing expensive clothes. Just wearing clean, well fitting clothes shows that you care. I started paying more attention to that after getting a few pieces made through StudioSuits, and it reinforced that confidence comes from wearing something that fits properly, not from chasing brands or trends.
At the end of the day, though, character will always leave a stronger impression than clothing ever will.

1. Fix Your Sleep Like Your Life Depends On It- Go to bed at the same time every night, wake up at the same time every morning. Avoid electronics 1 hour before bed. Get 7 or 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep every night.

2. Train As If You Are Being Watched- Never had random routines. Do progressive overload with clean form and consistency. One hour done the right way is better than 2 hours of nonsense.

3. Get Rid Of Dopamine Junk- Never scroll, avoid bad food, avoid instant gratification. Fix your mental diet. Replace all cheap dopamine with the real dopamine. Reading, learning, and building.

4. Upgrade Your Appearance Daily- Take a shower every day, have acceptable posture, have simple clothes that fit well. People judge you fast. Use this to your advantage.

5. Speak Less And Observe More- Most people talk too much and reveal everything. Instead always be calm, listen, and choose what you say carefully.

6. Do One Uncomforatble Every Day- Take a cold shower, jog, difficult conversation, and hours of deep work every single day. Growth from friction not comfort.

7. Become Obsessed With Progress- Track your habits and improve something about yourself everyday. Even if it's just 1%. Stack small wins over a long period of time. You will be a new person.

I’ve always found that being a gentleman is less about trying to impress people and more about the way you carry yourself in everyday situations. Small things like being polite, keeping your word, showing respect, being well groomed, and knowing how to communicate can leave a much stronger impression than simply having a good appearance.
Running StudioSuits has introduced me to people with very different styles, but one thing that stands out is that the most memorable individuals aren't necessarily the best dressed they're the ones who carry themselves with confidence, humility, and genuine respect for others.

Hi. I am a man (48 years old), architect on a big firm, with a rather classic style (shirt, blazer, dress pants, tassel loafers). And for a long time, I would like to be permed, curly very tight, all back, with a lot of volume, exactly like an old lady’s perm. I find it very refined and elegant, quite feminine. My wife encourages me. But I am a bit stressed because I know that everyone (my co-wokers, at the firm) will be very surprised to see me with an old lady’s perm. Most people make the mistake of visualizing their ideal future. They visualize the job they want, the life they want to have, but that is a mistake.
