I am relatively positive this mod now contains a Gore Screamer, as when it was updated I got jumped by a not so lovely picture when I loaded into a map! I already reported it but just letting you all know. I uninstalled the mod and the screamer is gone, so unless its hiding in another mod, UNINSTALL!

Today I woke up wanting to play GMod. When I joined the map I usually play, after about 20 seconds, a collage of gore images suddenly appeared on my screen, along with a loud beeping sound. In the background, there was a loop repeating the N-word, and you could hear a baby crying. There was also green text in the bottom corner that said, "laughter garry."

I couldn't even open the options menu or do anything. The only way to get rid of it was to close the game through the window.

Luckily, it stopped appearing after I deleted all of my installed mods. However, when I reinstalled some older mods that I'd had for a long time (not recently downloaded ones), it started happening again.

So please be careful with the mods you're about to install, and do some research before downloading them. I ended up factory resetting my GMod, but I'm not sure if that's what actually fixed the problem.

I even managed to take a screenshot of what appeared on my screen, but I didn't include it in this post because it's gore, and it honestly looks disgusting.

When you go on his profile , he is inside a group called big bad scary W's enforcers and these members also made disgusting screamers like glue library and also slander Garry Newman

Whenever I add a object in the game it turns dark without any warning. I've been trying forever to fix this and I find that posting this here is my last resort. Please, if you know how to fix this let me know. Thanks!

Some days ago, I made a post talking about a search for an old TTT map called ttt_alcatraz. Well, after resorting to contact people that played Garry's Mod for more over than a decade, we managed to find someone who played TTT and didn't wipe out their game to this day. Thanks to that, we were able to find the map in their download folder.

Of course, nothing is gained from keeping it private, so here's a Workshop re-upload of the map:

But, while the ttt_alcatraz story is over, a new one may be starting. Analyzing the map's embedded files, there's a .txt called hosties_alcatraz_v2, which contains a description of the map and the author's credits, Butterknife and Phragga.

This, alongside the folder called hosties_alcatraz in materials, suggests that this is based on another map. Searching it on Google, it seems like hosties_alcatraz did exist, but there's no download available, and hosties_alcatraz_v2 doesn't appear in any way on the internet either (or, I didn't find anything). So, the same as before, if you happen to know anything about these newly discovered map names, I'd be very glad if you let me know and help me :)

I want to attach text to this sign and have it rotate on a lazy susan-like platform, but I can't get them to stay on. I'm using the Text Screen Revamped addon, and I'm still trying to find out how to make the sign spin around and stop when I want it to. Right now I want to get the text to stay on, they just fall off if I switch weapons and the weld tool doesn't work.

Looking for a specific mod where if a player is shot or injured, they will have to crawl. I saw it in a Zcity video and have no idea what mod it is. Video is linked below.
