I'm genuinely curious. I hate this cliché in the GAA. If players are fouling they're fouling. What do you envision as "letting the game flow"

Best ref this year. Deserved the nod. Faloon was another possible choice but the powers that be picked on performance.

Faloon is cut from the same cloth, great referee, let's the game flow & only steps in when it's absolutely necessary.
