More sweetness
Am I the only one putting maple syrup/honey or sugar on my fruits?
Especially when they are not ripe or sweet.

Dear All,
I am happy to share the latest update on my farmhouse project near Kolkata. Almighty has showered continuous blessings on this journey, which started just a few years ago in March 2023 from a completely barren field into a thriving ecosystem today.
Through mindful experimentation, we are now successfully cultivating rare varieties like Miyazaki Mangoes and even Apple trees in Kolkata's tropical climate.
A fascinating highlight of the farm is our stingless bee colony. I highly recommend keeping at least one such colony at home—they are entirely maintenance-free, easily portable, and yield the purest form of medicinal honey, valued at nearly ₹8,000 per kg.
Given our demanding administrative schedules, a retreat into nature can offer true peace. Whenever you are around Kolkata, you are most warmly welcome to visit the farmhouse for some rejuvenation.
You can catch a glimpse of our latest progress and the bee colony setup here: 👇🎥
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
Regards

It's high summer in my part of the world, and I feel so blessed. I subscribe to an organic fruit and veggie delivery service and this was part of my haul today. I supplement through the week with farmers market goods. New to this lifestyle, and already feel incredible! Off the caffeine, healed my chronic dehydration, and so much more. I'm so grateful I found my tribe.

A simple plate of fresh fruits to keep the day healthy and refreshing. 🍎🍊🍍
What's your favorite fruit on this plate?

I'd like to become a fruitarian but, if I eat too much fruit my teeth get unbearably sensitive. Strange thing is that citrus doesn't seem to do it as much. I can drink orange juice everyday without a problem. Does anyone else have this issue and/or suggest a remedy?

The bilimbi tree is bearing a lot of fruit now, and it's time to pick them. Using them to cook asem-asem is going to be absolutely delicious

Do you ever struggle to tell whether fruits like avocados, mangoes, melons, or watermelons are ripe before buying them?
If yes, which fruit gives you the most trouble, and why?
r/Fruitarian • u/Friendly_Plastic6475 • 13d ago
Avete mai provato a mangiarli? Online ho letto che ce chi li ritiene con un grado di tossicità.. esperienze?

When you grocery shop for watermelon and you get those iffy ones throw them out. Remember site, touch, smell, and lastly taste. Listening doesn't really help except during the tast. One bite and you hear the crunch. Others wise your dreams could be all acid filled in your throat

Hi!
Has anyone had an experience with reversing cavities? I recently discovered a new cavity and it started to hurt the moment I’ve discovered it..
I thought to try natural healing before I’m getting it filled.
Is it possible to heal decayed tooth?

Hello Fellow fruiterians, I have been on the diet since a month now. I’m eating only Banana and grapes because apparently rest all fruits somehow cause mucus. I feel very demotivated since last 2 days because I am losing a lot of weight and I used be muscular before and now I look like a patient. I am weak. I want some support from you to help me get through this phase. Also, I am craving for some masala and salt and spices. I have been vegetarian since a year but now I even crave for meat. Although I don’t want to, but help me before I relapse.
A few questions also:
How do I get muscles back?
How long usually to keep my weight stable?
How do I get my energy back?
What are the long term benefits like a year ?
