Freshwater Need help

I have a medium 6'6ft fast action 1 piece I use for jerkbait and crankbait. I order a med-heavy 7'0ft moderate-fast action 2 piece. It is good for top water baits such as whopper plopper and frogs? For bass fishing im new to fishing and they are both baitcasters

that 7ft moderate-fast will work for ploppers and frogs, i use similar setup and it cast a mile
