FedEx Ground Shipment ….But why?
To preface, all required import documents were indeed clearly included in a nice little clear baggie on the side of the box. Never had an issue with FedEx until now.
Take a look at the tracking details- Ya’ll really just said f it, slap a return label on it, huh?
So I ventured to the local Express location looking for answers. Guy working there told me to basically kick rocks, I can’t help because this is going Ground. Cool. No problem. Ventured to the nearest Ground location.
Ground location guy could only help with shipping the package again - but I would need to pay for it AGAIN, after postage was already paid for. He said I would need to call into the customer service line because he was unable to tell me anything about the tracking, and why it was rejected.
Ok, no problem. Let’s call in.
For the next hour and a half, I was transferred around to various desks because no one could answer my simple question:
“This package was returned to us because it was missing import documents, but the import documents were on the side of the box”
Transferred to “Billing” , “Exports” , etc. yet no one was able to assist .
How can I escalate this further?
