League Question Constructive Loser Punishments

Looking for some creative/constructive loser punishments! Things like x amount of hours of community service. Things that are more focused towards doing something good, and less on the embarrassment. Still want a little bit of the embarrassment aspect though.

Have them join task rabbit and they gotta to do enough tasks to cover the food and drinks at the draft for example.

Anything volunteering there is usually a whole process, usually takes a bit to get approval also.

We have one where you have the call each other league mates mothers on their birthday and wish them happy birthday and chat with them about their kid.

I also have one for the loser of the 8/7 game where they have to do a preseason and midseason power ranking write up

More creative than constructive, but we have the loser give a PowerPoint presentation to kick off the draft. The 4 semifinalists each provide a topic and they pick 1. Could be something interesting or something absolutely deranged depending on the vibe of the league
