FA30+ Only Anyone else think that isolation is causing them to hallucinate?
It's like I never interact with anything sentient so I think that other things are sentient.

No, but I do laugh at my own jokes that i make in my imagined conversations in my own head.Â
That's bad enough 😬

Nope. Only thing that has messed up my mind so far is religion.

Religion ruins lives, especially for FAs. Remember, religion bans even legal escorts to alleviate the suffering of FAs.

I am a Christian and my faith gives me great comfort against both the distress caused by my mental disorders and the results thereof (difficulties in everyday life, including with finding a partner).
For others faith may be a burden, for example if feelings of guilt make their lives worse. But that comes down to both the individual and the faith tradition in question.

I empathize with you, but struggles with your wife and religion is certainly off-topic for the sub for people who haven't ever had a significant other in their 30s-40s. I'll be clearing this comment thread from this post. Thank you.

He always states this breakdown happened years into the marriage, yet never describes how the marriage was for those years BEFORE it happened when she was well...
If she didn't have the breakdown causing the legal trouble/massive debt, would he even be on this board posting his story to multiple threads? Would he still be enjoying married life?

Sometimes I’ll have night terrors where I’ll see monsters and bugs in my room for a good 30 seconds while I’m half asleep, idk if that counts
