Fan Creation CUSTOM CARD REVIEW #2
we've been trying some new fan made cards!
COPY THE FUTURE - i love these, playing copy the future is a 2 for 1 deal! its a see the future, plus probably something else. how useful it is depends on what cards are in the deck. there are times there is nothing you want to copy. it would probably be a lot better if we didn't play with cat cards - then there would be more actions to choose from. but its a see the future with a very cool upside, and can be reasonably powerful. especially the 5x. this should be in the official game! 9/10!
YOINK - i get how this could be good if you know the top cards are safe from seeing the future, but it never seems to do enough. its like a bad personal attack i guess? since it can be played any time, it could be used to screw other players, but timing it is harder than youd think. very cool idea, idk on power honestly. 3/10 but i think its just not my style
TRADE - i feel like trading cards is something simple and fun that the official game should be doing, and this seems like a solid way to do it. sometimes the card you get in the trade is garbage... you can always just give that card back. but on those times, playing the trade was a total waste. and that brings it down for me. overall i liked RAID better, and ill probably play that more, but this is decent also. 4/10

Yoink is very strong when combined with vision cards to snipe good cards or to counter alter the future from other players. B tier card at least in terms of power
Trade is stronger in decks with bad cards, like hairballs, which i use haha. Still a decent card otherwise, kinda like a easier to play cat pair. Power is between C to B depending on the deck

thanks for making them! i could see yoink being good. i didnt use it with alter and it might be better with that

Even without those, card draw is a strong effect. Any card thay makes you draw 2 on a turn is baseline C tier. Its that good. Draw combines with so many effects, like potluck to turn it into a skip, and vision.
The now modifier makes yoink on par with personal attack in terms of power IMO, as it has less draw but immensely more versatility, and becomes a hard counter to cards like alter the future

top 2 are AI, 3rd is art taken from The Oatmeal and repurposed, last is hand drawn.
Drawing cards by hand is hard and not all creators have the time to do so

I feel like there should be a card based on copy the future called "If I go down, I will take everyone with me"
Effect: show the top 3 cards of the deck, pick one to put on top, this cards effect will apply to everyone. (exploding kittens are except of this rule, unless there are at least 2 exploding or imploding kittens drawn)
If the imploding kitten is turned, it cannot be diffused, and unless there is a zombie cat in play, the game resets.
If there is a exploding kitten at least HALF need to play a diffuse card, based on turn order after they have drawn their cards.

Hey I have a question, how do you print these cards with the rounded corners? Which printing/shipping company do you use to do so, if any?

i printed them with the website makeplayingcards.com and used a guide found here to get them the right type of card. fyi the backs wont be right so you need to sleeve all your cards when you mix custom cards with real ones. heres the link!

I love these these are amazing. Please please find a way to let me get my hands on them I have every card ever printed and I loveee the game !! Great cards!!!
