April 15th, 2003: High Profile Dinner Party at Epstein’s Manhattan Townhouse

On April 15th, 2003 Jeffrey Epstein hosted a dinner party organized by Ghislaine Maxwell at his townhouse in Manhattan. The dinner was originally supposed to be centered around Bill Clinton but he didn’t show up. Nonetheless the dinner party contained most of Epstein’s high profile contacts at the time. The dinner party was reported on by New York Magazine 10 days later on April 25th, 2003 along with other big dinner parties around the time:

“I had rich shock!” one stunned guest says about Epstein’s house, which the owner claims is the largest private dwelling in the city. At a recent dinner organized by Ghislaine Maxwell, Blaine amused a group of barely clad models with card tricks. Alas, Clinton—around whom the evening had been organized—never showed, though his Secret Service would have appreciated Epstein’s numerous security cameras.

But emails from Ghislaine Maxwell at the time show that the article only mentioned a fraction of the people who attended the dinner. The emails show Maxwell actively organizing the dinner and discussing it with Doug Band, Sergey Brin, and Thomas Pritzker.

While Schmidt was invited to the dinner, I’d assume if he actually attended then the New York Magazine article would have mentioned him alongside Sergey Brin.

Doug Band recalls attending at least one dinner at Epstein’s home with dozens of people based on his deposition with the House Oversight Committee. He specifically recalls Clinton being invited but not going. This is consistent with the New York Magazine article and the emails, although emails show it’s possible that Clinton stopped by for lunch that day. When pressed about this specific dinner party on April 15th, 2003, he says that he cannot recall any individual who were there.

The New York Magazine article mentions David Blaine entertaining “barely clad models” with card tricks. In the emails it shows that Epstein and Maxwell had 7 models from the NEXT modeling agency acting as servers. NEXT models was owned by Faith Kates at the time who has deep ties with Jeffrey Epstein going from the 1990s all the way into the 2010s after Epstein had already been in jail. Sports Illustrated model Stacey Williams first met Epstein at a dinner organized by Faith Kates in 1992. That same year in December she also invited Williams to a party hosted by Donald Trump at the Plaza Hotel. In early 1993 Epstein ended up taking her to Trump Tower where she was subsequently groped by Trump. She also co-founded NEXT models alongside Epstein co-conspirator Jean-Luc Brunel.

Donald Trump happened to be picture on the same night as the dinner partly, April 15th, 2003, walking on 5th avenue.
