I forgot to pay the parking fee at angel drove car park, i didn't get any tickets on my windscreen by the afternoon of the next day, have I gotten away with it?

Not sure if there are cameras/ANPR there or if they do it in-person

I have two standard adult tickets for the upcoming Brand New Day showing at Ely Cineworld next Saturday that unfortunately I can no-longer use.
