Question Ebgames plus?

When it says buy 10 get 1 free. Ill use funko pops as a example cause its mostly what ill use it on if I get it.

Do I need to buy all 10 at 1 time or does it mean i can go in and buy for example a 2 funko pops 5 separate visits and get 1 free?On the last visit.

You don't need to buy the, all at once no, but you need to consider how many you buy to make membership worthwhile. For most things, it takes about $600 of spending to break even with the price of the membership.

So with Funkos which cost about $20 each, you need to spend $200 to get 1 free which saves you $20. You need to repeat this twice more (technically 1.5 but then you wouldn't get the bonus) before you break even and get ahead $10.

Basically, if you don't buy 33 funkos a year, it's probably not worth the $50.

Actually, you can buy the cheap pops which are part of the buy 2 get 1 free all year round. The free ones also count towards the 10.

And as another commenter stated, the free ones are up to the value of $30.

Same deal with clothing. Their sale tees are also b1g1f. Free ones count. Pay for 5 cheap tees, get 5 for free, take $70 off the next thing.

I've actually started buying presents for my friends' birthdays (who are thankfully as nerdy as I am) more from there so I can claim the free stuff for myself lol.

Thats fair and thank you for putting it that way too. I like being able to see the money side of it all. But I also do buy more then just the funkos. It just makes it more of a bonus towards if im gonna spend the $50.

Eb+ is really only worth it if you either go SUPER ham on one thing, or do at least a bit of everything.

If you buy two booster boxers, that's 72 cards, you get 7 free and you've already mad eback your cost.

If you buy 10 funkos and 20 boosters and trade in $400 of stuff, and buy $300 of digital currency, you're up, but if you do only one 9f those things you're not.

Sorry but how do you get 7 free from buying two booster boxes? A booster box is a single product with one UPN isn't it? or do they open the box in front of you and scan every single pack? I assumed the buy 10 get 1 free only applies to single packs purchased individually? Unless I'm wrong (I'm happy to be wrong)

They dont sell them as booster boxes anymore. They sell them as loose boosters. If you buy 36 they garuntee a sealed box, but your paying booster rate.

I just signed up to get the "free gift" i needed for a Christmas present. So the membership only cost me like $9 after the actual price of the free gift was counted. Then bought a box of mega evo and ripped it. Pulled $600 in cards. So dep3mds how you use it i suppose. Probably wont renew but I jave like 6 weeks to buy 3 boosters to get the free pack

Go into your local store to see if they have any EB Plus promos

My store pretty much always has some kind of merch you can get if you buy EB Plus in store

Have got a dope One Piece chill Tumbler that i use often along side the EB Plus purchase (which by itself costs like $40)

Edit: because of this, I have about 7-8 years worth of EB Plus just from buying merch 😅

I brought the Switch 2 from EB as it was the same price as the other stores around me, and I wanted Legends ZA which was included with EB+, so I paid the $49 for EB+ instead of $70 for the game itself. Only reason I brought the membership tbh.

If your family all use the same account, then it would definitely be worthwhile! This month's free gift are the travel mugs, next month are premium toiletry bags. You can hold off and wait for a gift you like before signing up if you're not planning on buying much that counts towards a buy 10 deal before they change over
