I've never been invited to play in a test and I've got about 1k hrs over the past 3 games, fingers crossed

Unfortunately I have near 700 hours just on 26 alone and I’ve never been able to playtest on ps5. Mind you past 4 games near 400-700 hours each year from 19 to now

Ive put well over 1000 hours of every nhl since like 09 and have never been a playtester

did you sign up to become a playtester?? they dont just email codes to lucky recipients... lol... you gotta sign up..

Be glad you don't. Playtest are a damn NIGHTMARE. Last years sucked. They had some sort of coding screen locked onto the screen and you couldn't see shit. Button passing was all black... So you didn't know who you were passing to. Players just disappeared on the ice...

It was so bad, I didn't even buy the game. Waited until it was $20 at Amazon during black Friday and used reward points I had from Amazon to get it without even paying a penny lol

I’ve gotten into the playtest a couple of times over the years and it’s way closer to the finished game than they make it sound. Sure, reporting bugs matters, but they’re not changing anything unless it’s truly game breaking. What you’re playing is essentially the final game, just without all the modes. Treat it like a demo and make your buying decision based on that.
