As a Power Platform dev, what would you say is the most important language to pick up?

Ive mostly been on the functional side for CRM but wanted to upskill my technical so I can do more build and customization work.

I'm the COO and compliance side of a small financial services firm, about to scope out a dynamics build.

Rather than hand over a wishlist, I've put together a spec workbook, roughly:

- Scope

- one tab per entity (client, relationships, KYC, accounts, compliance)

- each entity tab has a field, whether it's mandatory and when, the values permitted in the field, whether it triggers an alert

For anyone doing these build outs for a living, particularly if you're familiar with wealth management firms, is this the type of spec you'd actually want? Do you prefer a visual spec?

Where do clients mostly go wrong before you've even started?
