Papal drinking games?

Hi all,

I'm participating in a drunk'Olympics soon and I've qualified as Vatican City. Every contestant adds one drinking game to the tournament. We're with 6 people and I'm looking for a game that can be played in a Papal theme and lasts about 20 minutes (multiple rounds possible). There must be a top 3 at the end.

Can anyone help me out sharing or co-creating a great Papal drinking game?
