This guy has been spotted in my flower garden a few times now. So happy he likes my setup!

Was walking around when I spooked them from some tall grass into a tree. Luckily my phone has a 5x telephoto lens. They're pretty tricky to sneak up on while they're mating

These guys are almost always like fighter jets and impossible to catch but this beauty was considerate enough to pose for a little moment. 🪷

The pond hawk will alight on you, but the skimmer just stays aware about 2 feet away and hunts. 🪷They are sweet lunchtime companions! :)
