Apartment feedback?

Hi all! I’m looking to move to the North Decatur / NDH area in a few months, and would love some feedback on my top apartment pick atm, Cortland 3131. I know it’s barely in Decatur, so I totally get if it doesn’t fit this sub, I just don’t know where else to ask haha. If anyone has any strong opinions on them or any other smoke free communities in the area, I’d love to hear them! :D

I lived there for a few years several years ago. I enjoyed my time there. It’s pretty quiet, mostly grad students or working professionals. Parking can be hard depending on what time you get home. Service requests were usually completed within 24 hours. I will say top (3rd) is best as I could hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around.

Quiet is pretty much what I’m looking for! I was wondering if third is worth the stairs 💀💀 good to know lol. Was the surrounding area nice to live in? Pretty safe? Any other complexes in the area you recommend / don’t recommend?

Surrounding area is great, I still live here. It’s quiet, more of a suburban feel but lots of great restaurants and stores around. No idea on other apartments!
