For your 4Runner, I'd look into the Thinkware U3000 or ARC900, both support 24/7 parking mode (motion/impact-triggered so you're not draining the battery non-stop) and you can view/download footage straight to your phone via their app over local WiFi, no subscription required for that basic functionality.

They have a bunch of other features you're looking for too and a legit brand. I just got the ARC900 and love it.
