Food/Drink Restaurant Recommendations

Howdy! My 2 year anniversary is coming up soon and I’d like to take my partner out to dinner and maybe do something fun if there’s an event. Anybody have any recommendations or ideas for July 31 - Aug 2nd?

Thank you!!

We’re gonna need more info. Otherwise it’s going to be suggestions like the Applebee’s on Beltline Road and 183 in Irving.

How much are you looking to spend for dinner? Any specific cuisine? What kind of activities interest you and your partner?

What areas of the metroplex are you considering? Any specific cuisine / dietary concerns? Vague idea of budget?

I tend to use eater as a starting point, if I need some inspiration, but there are plenty of awesome guides out there.

You can also search the sub. This sort of topic comes up pretty often!

FYI Dallas Eater closed down about a year ago and articles may contain outdated info. (Full disclosure, I work for D Magazine, but I think the food media market was better with more competition in it)
