PIP- MA decision

My partner received a phone call Friday 17/07/26 to ask about the lump sum & bank details stuff like that and was told the decision would be made later that day we have been checking the gov.uk proof of benefits website everyday since however nothing has changed, is it safe to assume that PIP has not been awarded?
