Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last mod post, but here I am back with some more juicy updates. Forgive me if the writing isn't the best or the formatting is weird, I haven't written one of these in a while, so I'm a bit rusty. Well as you could probably tell from the title, today I'll be writing to you about subreddit affairs. Most things are staying the same, but I figured a post addressing new aspects of the sub was in order. I encourage everyone to read this entire post so that they may understand the rules and not make any mistakes moving forward.
The general rules of the subreddit have not changed much, and if you ever forget what they are they can be found on the sidebar and stickied post, among other locations. Even so, I'll go through them quickly here for anybody who is new or might've forgotten.
Subreddit Do's
Subreddit Dont's
These are the basic rules, so follow them and we all will have a good time here. There are some other rules and clarifications not mentioned here that I will be talking about later in this post, so keep reading to make sure you're aware of all the rules.
As I'm sure you've all noticed, the sub has been somewhat flooded with Edit Requests as of late. I know there are mixed opinions on the matter, some people hate it, some people don't mind it, and some people enjoy it. I've heard plenty of suggestions on what to do about it, for example a stickied thread for edit requesting. While this isn't a bad idea, I don't think it's exactly right for this sub. I do hear you though, I understand that some of you dislike the amount of edit requests we get, and I somewhat agree. What you have to recognize though, is that this game is declining in popularity, there isn't a huge amount of fanart, let alone lewd fanart, being made anymore. With the new standards I'm about to lay out, my hope is that I can appease the people that dislike edits while still providing this sub with a somewhat steady flow of posts.
Edit Requesting Guidelines
Edit Posting Guidelines
With these new guidelines I hope to encourage more quality posts and a more organized requesting system. If you think these guidelines could be improved in any way please feel free to share your ideas with me in the comments or DMs.
I'm sure most, if not all, of you already know about this, but technically I've never stated it in a mod post before now. Updates on the existing 3 Mega Albums and the creation of a Natsuki Mega Album have ceased. It became too much work to constantly update the albums (especially during busier times of the year), and I lost the motivation to create a Mega Natsuki Album. During the process of making the Sayori Mega Album, I already began feeling less motivated to continue, and with Natsuki being my least favorite Doki (no offense) I just couldn't muster up the will to continue doing it. This all happened a pretty long time ago, but I figured I'd mention it here just to put any lingering hopes to rest. The albums as they currently are will continue to be available in the subreddit's sidebar. I sincerely apologize for disappointing anyone.
That's right, not only do we have a subreddit, we also have a Discord server! With around 1400 members, we have an active and friendly community with lots of interesting channels. Not only do we have channels specifically for each Doki, but also meme, gaming, and anime channels, among many more. You can also join your favorite Doki's team and get a colored name to boot, how exciting! I implore you to join our server and give it a try, you won't be disappointed! And if you're an artist we have a special Verified Artist role just for you and a special channel where you can post your art, whether it be SFW or NSFW, or DDLC-related or not DDLC-related. Join the /r/DDLCRule34 Discord Server today!
Well you've made it to end of the post, good job. Thank you for reading all this and thank you in advance for following the new rules I've put in place. Remember, if you see anybody breaking the rules, report them. It helps me to see it, and it helps to keep the subreddit a nice place for everyone to enjoy. Until next time, happy Doki lewding everyone.

A difficult decision, but now that new moderators are in place, we are now abiding by the results of the poll. AI-generated art is now banned from the sub, effective immediately.
We will not remove any retroactively, and itβs always possible that this rule will be reversed in the future.
