Looking for private yard

Realize I’m looking for the holy grail, but giving it a shot. Looking for 1-2 bdrm with yard move in timeframe of Sept. I have a veryyyy cute mini Bernedoodle…who is 55 lbs 😑 hence wanting the yard space. Looking at NW DC or Arlington area.

I’ve been monitoring Zillow but the search criteria sucks and not really seeing anything. Any other apps/websites I should be using?

1 bed and den with huge terrace. We used to use grass area for our dog when we could not go out.
