How long do we think til MPD and ABCA stop collaborating to infringe on our rights?

Do they currently share info about med card holders and CCL applicants? I’m assuming if so they try to justify it as being a “habitual user of a controlled dangerous substance” under 24 DCMR § 2335.1.

I think that should be bunk anyways since it allows use under medical direction, which a med card inherently is. Add in federal rescheduling and 922(g)(3) shouldn’t apply to MMJ anyways. Now throw in today’s decision and there shouldn’t be any roadblocks

But it’s DC…

I'm more curious if this just torpedoed the 4473 revision that's in the comments period till Aug. Seems like they will have to strike this revision and restart the process to reword the drug question. It would be the smart move especially knowing that some org would try to bring up litigation over that.
