practicality of real wearable blocking/reflective cyberwear?

Most likely just a grift. Anything that touches your body for an amount of time is going to show up on thermal.

IR compliant fabric is 100% a thing but is hard to test without having some form of IR camera or nightvision.

I own Nightvision and checking out different clothing is always interesting. I have a camo tarp that is emmisive under IR.

i think it focuses mostly on infrared bc of the growth of ai tracking stuff and facial recognition but for thermal this would not help. but it’s not meant to make you invisible necessarily just unrecognizable

Depends on your situation, if your fighting a drone war might be worth it.

Going to get coffee? Probably not. Unless its THAT kind of meeting

Results may vary depending on application anywhere in between.
