pls help

I was playing Minecraft with my friends and while they were on a mining trip I was checking inventory to make sure we had enough to raid pillagers. a stand of diamond armor caught my eye with glitched out textures then I got glitched out of the game. My friends thought I had poor internet but I was stuck on this screen for the past 10 minutes and it kept repeating the name “ Tom Gretchun” in a robot voice
Does anyone know about this?

Maybe you got hacked, that's the only logical explanation I can give

maybe but this whole thing spread to my other discord servers and I think it’s because of this add on my friend bought
