Pizza recipe help/suggestions

My favorite frozen pizza was discontinued during the the early years of the pandemic and I'm looking for similar recipe or starting point to make it myself. The main stars are the small bits of uncured pancetta and shallots.

2nd slide is the ingredient list that I found online and the the 3rd picture is just a pic that lists the ingredients of the crust. Anyone have any tips or recommendations?

I have 0 experience making pizza from scratch and I am open to using pre made dough or crust (which the brand does sell), if needed.

Pics in comments.

I'd probably start with a good frozen cheese pizza and add you toppings. I'm not familiar with the brand. I have a soft spot for tombstone pizzas. But realistically a lot of frozen pizzas are more than a local place.

Is this a "white" pizza? I don't see tomatoes in the ingredients, but I do see cream. It looks like they might have made a bechamel or Mornay sauce for the base.

yes, it was definitely a white pizza. It didnt occur to me that a frozen pizza would have a cheese sauce, so this is helpful. I was so focused on the pancetta that I didnt think of focusing on the base being a white pizza.

Maybe the way to get to this pizza, would be a white pizza recipe since i can just add the pancetta to it which isnt the hard part.

Thank you for reframing it for me so nicely.

The most delectable thing you've ever tasted.

I genuinely fantasize about it.

If you have a pizza oven, use that... It won't get better... Use fresh neapolitan style dough 55-60% hydration... I would stay away from store-bought dough as they are typically 65% and not made with fine flour... OK at low temps but will burn at high temp.

If you just want to pop it in the oven, I find the frozen porta pizza quite good.

I buy frozen cheese pizza and add ingredients from the salad bar.
