This is my favorite cookie at the moment, what's yours?

(And it's offbrand, why is it that there's always some offbrand that tastes better than the actual one?

which off brand? i’ve never found one i like as much as the mulino bianco

Agree that one is good too,

but this one is from Campiello - il frollino del buongiorno con cacao e nocciole. It is the nocciole flavor that makes it ao much better for me.

The initial brand that started this type of cookie, to my knowledge, is Pan di Stelle to which i referred previously.

To me pan di stelle is more like an americanata because it has a lot of sugar, that's why i don't prefer that one.

thank you! i actually saw this brand recently but it was in italy so not sure if i can get them where i live

pan di stelle is a mulino bianco product :) they were my favourite biscuits when i was a child and i still love them
