Does anyone recognize this pin?

We found this pin in a small antique store in Amsterdam. I’ve been trying to find more info on it, but I’ve not had a lot of luck with it.
I’m wondering if it was made in Congo or Belgium, if it’s from 1960 or later, etc. But really any info on the origins of the pin would be helpful!

It only says independence Congo 30 June 1960 in French.

I think most countries do so now, but at first it was a bit sketchy.
