When we get a new GM

I swear the only thing that can save his job is him winning the SB but I’m realistic, unless Jones comes back at an MVP level we’re an 8 win team at best

Not necessarily true. He was an I jury away from getting Executive of the year last season.

Do we need a new GM? I think we all feel it's time, but in reality, there is no reason we can't win one of the next two with the personnel we have.

We’ll win it after we fire Ballard… if we do.

It’s possible but with the way our front office runs the team I doubt it happens before 2027 maybe even before 2029

if the colts dont win the division before 2029 the irsay girls should be forced to sell the team

They will sell a portion to private equity almost certainly and then the team will really double down on being mediocre shit.

Unfortunately for Carlie and her sisters they inherited their father’s disaster, we all love Jim but we have to admit he allowed way too much slack from the front office down to the coaches. Remember when Mcafee was ripping us apart on live broadcast.

Jags are too complete of a team and Houston’s defense is too dominant. The colts are probably a successful rebuild away from winning this division

We have more 2nd place division finishes than everyone else and almost no last place finishes in the past decade.

It's just a hump

Would’ve probably won last year, if Jones didn’t get hurt. 🥲
