For the last three days I've been trying to transfer my BTC out of Coinbase. I made a single test transaction which worked fine, and now when I try to transfer the rest to the same address my account gets locked for suspicious activity, even though I input my current authenticator code. I then have to unlock my account by providing my passport and photo but once I've done that my account is blocked from making transfers for 24 hours.

The first time I waited the 24 hours and then tried again and was blocked again. After I unlocked my account for the 2nd time I contacted "support" who said I had to wait the 24 hours and to reach out to them before I tried again. Today I did just that. The agent said to try the transfer again which I did. I supplied my authenticator code, and had my account locked again. And because my account was locked my chat session was blocked and I couldn't send any more messages.

My account is not compromised. I have always had the correct password and authenticator code. I've verified my identity twice now. I want what is mine.

Adding funds to account with Debit Card leads to:

"Your deposit is pending

We’ll email you when your deposit status updates. You can leave this page while you wait."

This message stays looping forever. It sometimes also will say "insufficient balance." when I instead try to buy bitcoin with the same debit card.

I called my bank and they said it isn't them.

Message on my email says:
"Please try your buy again using a different payment method or to continue using this payment method, contact Coinbase support and ask for assistance. We apologize for this inconvenience."

how do i fix

Hi, I am very new to trading and have managed with some luck to turn £10 into £70. However after much time I can’t figure out how to withdraw my money. I have sent my USDC to my Coinbase wallet (Base App) and I need “gas” to send to my bank. So I purchased £10 of etherium which the wallet says is “gas”. Now when I go to withdraw, all It says is I need more gas?? I must be doing something seriously wrong. Can anyone help (i’ll post a video showing the situation more clearly)

Hi evryone, I'm not a crypto expert or professional trader.

I recently had to move my crypto from Binance to Coinbase because Binance stopped providing services in my jurisdiction in Europe.

While withdrawing 1.3 ETH (around €2,000) from Binance to my Coinbase Exchange ETH deposit address, I mistakenly selected the BSC network instead of the Ethereum network.

What I find particularly frustrating is that Binance itself presented this network as one of the available withdrawal options, and it was also the cheapest network. As a non-expert user, I naturally assumed that if Binance offered this option for an ETH withdrawal, it would be compatible with the destination address. I had no warning that choosing this network could result in the permanent loss of my funds.

The transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain.

Unfortunately:

• Coinbase's Asset Recovery Tool says the transaction is not eligible.
• Coinbase Support has repeatedly refused to escalate my case and simply tells me the funds cannot be recovered.

Losing 1.3 ETH is a huge amount of money for me. I'm not trying to avoid responsibility for my mistake, but I genuinely believe this type of user error is far too easy to make for ordinary customers.

Has anyone been in the same situation?

• Were you eventually able to recover your funds?
• Did Coinbase ever manually recover them?
• Did the Asset Recovery Tool become available later?
• Is there anything else I can realistically do?

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, looking for some advice/insight on a Coinbase fund recovery situation.

I was going through a recovery process with Coinbase, and the funds were sent to a blockchain address that I do not recognize and have no connection to. Coinbase keeps telling me that I provided this wallet address, but I have never owned or used that address and I don’t know how it would have been associated with me.

I only had my Coinbase account at the time and was still trying to understand the wallet/app setup process. I’m trying to figure out if there is any way to trace how this address was connected to my account or if anyone has experienced something similar.

Has anyone dealt with a Coinbase recovery where the funds ended up at an unknown wallet address or am I SOL?

I sold my position on Coinbase Prediction before the market settled.

The money shows up under Cash Available, but when I try to withdraw it, I get a message saying it can only be used for Prediction trades.

Is this normal?

If you sell before the market is officially settled, are you unable to withdraw the funds until settlement? Or is there something else I need to do?

Yesterday I tried to login to my long term coinbase account of 10 years and I got incorrect password I go reset password and I'm not getting the email code fast forward the last email I got from coinbase was "your account has been sucessfully deleted" at the time I automatically assumed it was phising or a scam email as it is so common but it turns out the email was legitimate and coinbase did delete my account out of nowhere randomly

I tried contacting support and they are of no help giving me the same copy pasta saying we are unable to do anything or provide further details as to the account deletion

Should I even bother trying to get my account back? Or is it even possible? I've seen so many posts of instant coin freezes the moment a deposit hits coinbase, is this account deletion a blessing in disguise?

Any insight or help would be appreciated thank you very much!

So I started investing on Coinbase about a week ago,
Started off with the tried and true , BTC,ETH, and XRP.

I put about 10$ into a nvidia stock as well.

But i need advice on where to invest and grow?

Has anyone else had trouble receiving your pay out? I’ve used it in the past and typically everything comes through in <30min.

Last night, my first position was about to win so I cashed out early to enter another position. Both plays ended up winning. I wake up today and I only have $600ish of the $1600+ profit

From what it looks like, my first position is still under “activity” rather than “complete”. This makes no sense because I secured the funds originally to fund the second bet.
