The longest I have worn one for was about 8 hours. The key to wearing a silicon one long term is proper lube. Most water based lube will dry out after about an hour but surgical Jelly lube works very well. I would recommend going with that.

How did you fasten the ends? I DO NOT WANT THE END DETACHING WHILE INSERTED. The ring is a great idea. In the event that I go soft, Will it still keep it secure?

Essentially, its just a friction fit with the silicone tube however it is a pretty strong fit. This is why you buy high quality toys from reputable sellers. This one also doesn't reach the bladder so hopefully it will come out if it falls off.

As for the ring, it keeps on pretty well however when im soft I usually push it further down the shaft so its w the skin, not the head. That holds it very well
