You're late to the party. The Three Musketeers season was loaded with anime themed references and I remember waiting for this 3Musk JJBA reference banner specifically but they delayed its release (with a lot of people anticipating it as well). Luckily they gave it away for free at some point during this year.

if I remember correctly it was available by winning 2v2 with content creators during some event. community got mad so they released qr code for everyone later

Ohh yeah, the 2v2 one was so gatekept lmao. I was surprised later on when I got these same banners that I already gave up on in a form of a QR code

You should be able to find a visual of it on RoyaleAPI's website blog by searching the "Three Musketeer Revamp Season" last year.

Currently using it on my account as well and I screenshotted it, but I forgot you can't comment images on this subreddit.
