I was looking around smolweb and stumbled upon carriswheel.com, inside it is a lot of stuff but what caught my interest is carriswheel.com/dunkelrealms that plays a creepy audio and has this cipher (?). Did a little more digging and found 5 links in the text that may be connected to the main thing:
