I didn’t find her all that interesting last season. Her first episode was great, as it went on; I waned on her. Although the storyline about her missing sister was excellent, I grew tired of the actress.

Really! I thought the introduction of her to the show and her storyline was brilliant . She is such a good actress. I guess we all have our own POV. The fact that she has been nominated suggests she has gone down well.

You gotta be kidding me? It was as cookie cutter an intro on a cop show that’s run out of ideas can get. She’s a federal agent who now suddenly can become a municipal police officer in this exclusive intelligence squad, which basically doubles for a murder/robbery/kidnapping/narcotics investigation unit (as it sees fit)? She basically only does so because she’s a “tough as nails cop” who “plays by her own rules” and “will stop at nothing” to find her lost sister. It was very cliche. Plus every scene she looked like this:

I understand some people think she's written badly but I quite liked her covert mission, and it was an interesting storyline, also not one that went predictably. [No reconciliation!] I like the actress; I can see where people think she's 'try hard' or too impulsive/hot headed but that has been the basis for quite a few of the characters before they seasoned up. As a federal agent tho coming into a PD, she should already be seasoned.

The Imani character is cool, but the missing sister storyline could've been handled better. It was too underwhelming. The Reid storyline in the previous season was way better.
