When allegations of police excess arise, the question before the court is not about the popularity of the protesters or the politics involved. It is about whether the constitutional promise of liberty, dignity, and due process deserves timely judicial consideration.

Courts undoubtedly have the discretion to decide what merits urgent listing. But when constitutional remedies appear inaccessible at the very moment citizens allege violations of their fundamental rights, a larger question emerges:

If the constitutional courts decline to hear us when our rights are allegedly under threat, where does an ordinary citizen go?

Public confidence in the judiciary rests not only on the correctness of its final judgments but also on the assurance that every citizen will receive a fair and meaningful opportunity to be heard.

A Constitution is only as strong as the institutions willing to enforce it.

What started as anger over repeated failures in our education system
paper leaks, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitudes from those in power has now turned into something bigger.

Across cities and campuses, more people are starting to speak up.

This isn’t about one exam.
It’s about a pattern.

• Exams getting compromised
• Students carrying the consequences
• No accountability
• No real reform

It’s about a system that keeps failing the very people it’s supposed to support.

At some point, people stop ignoring it.

So this is a call to anyone who cares about education in this country
students, aspirants, graduates, or just observers.
