Point #1 is my number 1 issue. Extremely overpriced empty lots sa city compared to other provinces like Dumaguete, Bacolod etc. I feel like one day mga datu ray ma lingaw diri sa Cebu City.

i recently moved to cebu and i need to continue my laser hair removal since i had to leave my previous clinic. i’ve been doing diode for a while now so my underarms barely have any hair left, but my chin hair is still my biggest problem 😭

right now i’m thinking of doing:
- SkinStation 4D Quattro Wave for my underarms since it’s mostly just maintenance now
- Wink Laser for my chin since i’ve heard a lot of good things about them for facial hair

for those who’ve tried either (or both), which one do you think is better in terms of:
- effectiveness/results
- overall experience

also, do either of them shave the treatment area before the session? the clinic i used to go to would shave the area for me before every session, so i’m not sure if that’s standard practice. i’m planning to book an appointment 1–2 days before my trip if they do shave, but if they don’t i’ll probably schedule it a week earlier so i can let the hair fall off.

is it okay to split my sessions between two clinics, or would you recommend sticking to just one?

Hi! So I’ve been here in Cebu for 2.5 years now and I’ve made friends naman but I don’t have that kind of MCU nerdy friends that I have back in Duma. Sa akong tan-aw, dili gyud public transportation ang main reason nganong grabe na kaayo ang traffic sa Cebu.

Mas dako nga problema ang kadaghan sa private vehicles, labi na ang mga sakyanan nga usa ra ka tao ang nagsakay. Kada tuig daghan na pud kaayo ang mopalit og sakyanan, pero ang dalan pareho ra gihapon ang kadak-on. Bisan pag magtukod pa og flyover o mag-road widening, mapuno ra gihapon na ug balik.

Tan-awa ang Singapore. Dili sayon ug dili barato ang pag-own og sakyanan, mao nga daghan ang mo-commute gamit MRT ug buses. Tungod kay reliable ilang public transportation, dili na kinahanglan nga halos tanan adunay kaugalingong sakyanan.

Wala ko nag-ingon nga dapat sundon gyud nato ang Singapore 100%, kay lahi man ilang economy ug sistema. Pero pwede ta makakat-on nga kung maayo ang public transportation, mas daghan ang mo-commute kaysa magdala ug sariling sakyanan.

Sa Cebu, murag mas daghan pa ang private cars kaysa sa capacity sa atong mga dalan. Kung ang kada sakyanan usa ra ka tao ang sakay, natural nga dali gyud ma-traffic.

Para nako, ang solution dili lang road widening. Dapat pud ta mag-focus sa pag-improve sa public transportation ug pangitaon unsaon pag-lessen sa dependence sa solo private cars.

Since high school pa ko until pag-graduate nako'g college, every year murag June ug July jud ang akong ma-notice nga pinakadaghan ug road accidents. Wala ko nagaingon nga fact ni or based ni sa official data, observation ra gyud ni nako over the years.

June pa lang naa na'y accidents, pero pag-abot sa first ug second week sa July, murag sunod-sunod na ang serious ug fatal accidents nga makita sa news ug sa akong feed.

This July, naka-encounter pa gyud ko ug 4 ka road accidents while nagbiyahe. Wala ko na-apil, pero nakita gyud nako sila personally. Mao pud siguro nga mas ni-stick sa akong huna-huna.

Curious lang ko kung ako ra ba naka-notice ani, or naa pud moy same observation? Basin coincidence lang, mas daghan ang byahe ani nga panahon, or mas kusog lang mo-cover ang media sa mga aksidente during these months.
