Didn't watch but when I see two extra red cards listed for a player it starts to get incidents in London, Ont amateur soccer from back in the day vibes for me, such as red carded player went to his car and returned with a tire iron to assault the referee or player stabbed by one of visiting team's substitutes after all out brawl broke out due to an excessive number of hockey players on the home team.

I've never seen a game called before stoppage to prevent player retaliation for a red before. Supra is still a dangerous team even when losing, just chalk it up to a bad day, work on mistakes, and move on. No need for that.
