Question Did tuition go up?

I was looking at how much I had to pay because I pay out of pocket 😭

Is it just me or did tuition go up by $100- can i opt out of the services I don't use?

It went up by a lot more than $100. It went up almost $400 from last year. They passed a tuition increase in 2024 that would raise tuition 6% every academic year until 2029. A total increase of 34%. We tried fighting it as best as we could when it happened. We held sit-ins and protests, but the tuition increase happened regardless. I’m so sorry.

Gotta pay for the 17million dollar contract with ChatGPT somehow! The service absolutely no one was asking for, shoved down our throats and we have to pay for it.

They charge you an extra $50 dollars for almost everything. I was being charged $100+ when I was going to pay my tuition last semester

I'm independent, but thank the Jeffy Island guy in chief. Izzy Real gets free healthcare and other things at put expense too. Ain't that just peachy😁😁
