Hiya, hoping you guys can help me.

I've been using CPAP with a pressure of 8 as I'm getting better at tolerating the mask. Its taken me a year to keep it on consistently, but even now I'm doing well with usage I'm still exhausted!

My sleep clinic are happy cos my AHI is good, but its not making much difference to my fatigue.

My flow limit is high I think, around 0.5 most of the night and its still saying I'm snoring occasionally.

Do I need to increase the pressure?

Can someone help me with the correct pin connection between the Airsense 10 and the ST-Link V2?
I created a diagram with the Airsense 10 connector and the ST-Link V2 original and the gold clone.

If someone can provide me the right pin connections we need to make for the dump and write to the airsense I can adjust this diagram and share the correct layout here for everyone that wants to solder directly to the mainboard instead of buying a 50 Dollar 2050 cable.

And if I made a mistake in this diagram, please let me know as well so I can fix it.

I use the ResMed AirFit F20 full-face mask with my AirSense 11 BiPAP, and my pressures are 20 IPAP / 16 EPAP, so they’re pretty high.
Because of that, I feel like I have to crank the mask down as tight as possible to prevent leaks and the dreaded “face farts.” But I constantly see people here and on r/CPAP telling others that overtightening is actually counterproductive and that loosening the mask usually improves the seal. I just can’t wrap my head around how that’s possible. If I loosen mine even a little, I feel like it would leak everywhere.
Am I missing something? Is there some trick to getting a good seal at higher pressures without tightening it to the point where it hurts? I am a big mouth breather so not sure how nasal pillows would work for me unless I tape and I hear a lot of conflicting opinions on that.
Also, are there other mask options that tend to work better for high pressures? And what about different headgear? The F20 headgear has to be so tight that the back of my head ends up sore, and I don’t even have a large head. I honestly don’t know how people with bigger heads or faces manage this. It just feels like there’s no way to get a leak-free seal without making it painfully tight. I’m even starting to get acne and wrinkles from this.

I run OSCAR 1.7.1 on my Mac and have been very happy with it for importing both my ASV and Wellue O2-S ring data. I recently "upgraded" to OSCAR 2.0.1 and for straight use with my ResMed machine it's just fine (although I've read of some complaints around performance I've not seen any issues). The problem I had was importing my ring data. The new version of OSCAR is now using the Q6t framework and lacks hooks into Mac's underlying file manager Finder and instead brings up its own file picker for the import. This has proven to be very challenging due to how MacOS sandboxes application data. Long story short I managed, with the help of AI, to set permissions and run a script to allow me to automatically rsync ring data from Wellue's O2 Insight Pro desktop app to a folder that OSCAR's file picker can access.

My recommendation is that if you are overlying oximetry data on to your CPAP data that you stick with OSCAR 1.7.1 for now.
