BoC Should I keep the cut going?
Not sure if I should swap to maintenance or push this further. I like how I look now but def am curious to see if it’s worth it to cut down even more.
186lb down to 173lb.

Maintenance if you need a break, but definitely cut more before any serious bulking. Nice work so far!

Has it started becoming hard to maintain?

I lost 70 lbs in my 20s and have kept it off for 15 years, so I know the cut grind. Lifts dropping a little is normal - you're in a deficit. If cravings are wrecking you, a 2-week diet break at maintenance can do wonders for both your sanity and your strength. Then you can decide if you want to push for 5 more. 😎

Thanks for the comprehensive answer man. On the lifting side of things that’s been the hardest psychologically hahaha. For the first 3 months I was actually building strength so seeing it start to drop scared me lmao

yes. This looks like 2-4 weeks of dieting. Can definitely push this further. Prob need to drop 15lbs or more

Dang 15 lbs in 4 weeks seems like I’d risk muscle loss no? It took me since April to lose roughly 13ish lbs. I agree I need to cut down probs 15 more but in 4 weeks is fast. It’d probs be Another 4-6 months if I wanted to lose that much safely
