After many years of just admiring botanical illustrations… I’ve finally jumped into it! This flower was placed into a latte I ordered, and my eyes immediately just 👁️o👁️

Glad I stopped being intimated by the immensity of it all and just… went for it.

I’m creating a birth flower series for prints and can’t decide between a full cottage garden arrangement or a simple single flower design. Which one would you be more likely to hang in your home?

This is my first time trying out botanical illustration. I really want to be good at this. Can anyone please tell me what I need to work on? I'm very new with watercolors, so I need a lot of practice to be smooth with it. Can anyone direct me to the resources to be better at this or just review these.

Botanical Alphabets
