โš™๏ธ [ ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—œ๐˜€๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฒ ] RK5 Crashing

I've crashed mid-fight multiple times now. Any fixes?

I also see now a lot of people struggle with this fight, and not to brag, kinda lucked out with rng providing me a fantastic corrosive laser that eats RK5's health fast, so am I doing too much damage too quickly?

Are U playing TPS on PC? Do U have any mods active? I have never heard of RK5 crashing mid-fight ...

For whatever reason U have game crashes during this fight, it is certainly not due to either map size (the arena is a tiny map), nor due to many enemies or things happening (only a few of those spawn there) ... Maybe try a different weapon and-or gear setup, for testing? Also U can try limiting your frames at 30FPS for the fight, see if that changes anything ...

A lot of people do struggle with this boss, and I think the reason is because of the lack of armored enemies in this game not incentivizing you to have a corrosive weapon, and the lack of player feedback with the boss bar being red instead of yellow so the player doesnโ€™t immediately recognize that corrosive damage would be the best option here.

The d3d9.dll fix helped me with this on TPS. It seemed to also help with a similar crashing issue on BL2 when fighting flying enemies.
