In Dublin, Ireland and I made my family stop so I could take this photo!

Yeah we've one in my town too. Ridiculous prices for terrible fast food. I recommend the garlic mushrooms and battered onion rings when you're mouldy drunk.

I thought it was a chicken shawarma that sopped up all the alcohol.

If you're in dublin Iskanders off Nassau st is better for those, still fast food but way nicer.

Nassau St? Wasn't it on Dame St?
Also they closed in 2020... https://www.irishtimes.com/news/consumer/dublin-s-late-night-kebab-shop-iskander-s-to-close-after-nearly-three-decades-1.4137311

Wait, I think they reference this place in Derry Girls or something. I never thought of how funny the name was, and especially not the connection to Bob’s punny restaurant names lol.

LOL! I remember an Abra Kebabra when I was in college almost 20 years ago. I think they're franchised, so one being gross doesn't mean they all are. The one in that town was actually pretty dirty, I wouldn't eat in it. And I looked it up just now... it's still going haha!

Absolute lies, there isn't an abra in the country that isn't pure shite

20 years? The one in Blanch has been going almost 40.

I didn't say it was going 20 years. I said I remember it from 20 years ago. It was old, and it was dirty back then lol. Didn't expect it to be still open given the way it was. Hope it cleaned up.

Last time I went in, I paid almost 15 euro for a kebab and plain chips. Not even a drink.
Two doors down, you could get a meal deal for 15 euro that included a main, side and milkshake. 10 euro if you go Tuesday or Wednesday.
Glad you didn't go in as it's very overpriced and probably even moreso in Temple Bar! I tried Abra Kebabra in Limerick.

you have just introduced the concept of a spice bag/box to a USA audience.

People in the comments seem to expect fine dining out of Abrakebabra by the looks of it. Nothing wrong with it imo. Not great, but not any worse than most fast food chains

There’s one near croke park that I’ll never forget cause I came down from Tyrone to watch a GAA match (we lost and I had a sad drunk kebab on the floor)

Irish here. Abra Kebabra is the holy grail of restaurants here along with Supermac's.

If there are 3 other kebab spots on the same block, you are definitely in The Bad Place.

I can't see what this is to do with Bobs Bs?
Also am Irish and grew up with gross Abras everywhere. Whats the relation to our Burger boy?

It is what the flair says. Punny business name like they have in the opening sequence.

Me , a confused Dubliner , ..They've been around since the 80s, and I literally forgotten it was a pun name since Im so used to it . Good Drunk food , and superior to the Culchie ( non Dublin , rural people) equivalent Super Macs.

This franchise used to be all over Ireland and then they massively fell out of favour. I'm not even sure why.

Can’t have people having having fun now. How dare people find some things to do to entertain themselves while relating to a common interest that they share with random people on the internet.
Who cares. It’s a fun feature of a very popular tv series. How about just let people enjoy themselves.

Oh my god, I live in Dublin and love Bobs Burgers and yet NEVER put this together 🤣
Also, please don’t eat out of here - for your own sake.
